I recently chose to draft an article on crosswalks in town and in doing so discovered more angles and possibilities than first thought possible. While that is still on the burner I wanted to tease out some of the research points. Mansfield has some well marked crosswalks but a number of those exist in an environment not consistent with pedestrian friendly construction. Mansfield has a number of controlled crossings. Peak Downtown?

Peak Downtown Mansfield Is it such a thing? What would it look like? Are we on the way to it? The short answers are Yes, depends on how we do it, and yes but not in the manner we should be. Peak anything is a reality and development is included. Unlike a game any given real world municipality has a wide variety of potential restrictions. This means peak will be different to each.
