We’re back at with the series that looks at the various business vacancies in town. In this one we head over to 140 and the former site of Cork’s Liquors.
I’m not trying to pretend to be a realtor with this series and I don’t know the details of this parcel other than what one can read on the sign. The point of this series has been to look at how location, scale, zoning and other elements impact long term vacancy. This location is no different. Under the auto-centric model it would appear well located in a plaza that draws a wide range of folks. (Home Depot & Shaws). Come November the location could also be the most ready property within the new Marijuana/Retail zoning overlay.
